1896 The original formula of Famosa Beer is born, created that same year by German brewmaster Spitz. Its original recipe is maintained to this day, with over 129 years of history. |

1985 Cervecería Centro Americana begins the first exports of Famosa Beer to the United States. The first labels maintained and highlighted the crest, as an important icon of Guatemalan culture and a homologation with the product in Guatemala. |
